Is bathroom remodeling different from a plumbing repair?
Yes. A leaking faucet or toilet repair is a plumbing service. Remodeling combines changes to the room, such as a vanity, shower, tile and finishes. We can scope either, without assuming a repair requires a remodel.
Can you convert a tub to a shower?

What if hidden water damage is found?
The affected work needs to be assessed and documented. Any additional repair and its effect on price and timing should be set out in a written change for your approval before proceeding.
