Planning your project
How do I get a remodeling estimate?
Send your property address, photos and a description of the changes you want. Include your target timing and whether the property is occupied. We will confirm what can be priced from photos and whether a site visit is needed before preparing the scope.
Can you quote a whole remodel from one photo?
Photos help us understand the project, but a larger remodel may need measurements and a site visit. The written estimate identifies the included work, materials, exclusions and any conditions that could affect cost.
What happens if the scope changes?
Ask for the proposed change and its effect on price and timing in writing. Additional work should be approved before it begins.
How are permits and scheduling handled?
Permit and inspection requirements depend on the property and the work. We confirm responsibilities and sequencing as part of the project scope. Start dates depend on approved scope, materials, access and availability.
